What areas do you cover?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Utah B100 general contractor, license 14225435-B100. Insured, and we’ll send a COI on request.
Do you do gutter and roof clearing?
Yes — for homes and commercial buildings. As a one-off, twice a year on a schedule, or as part of a home care plan.
Do you take one-off jobs, or only recurring contracts?
Both. Plenty of the work is a single visit — a wash, a clearing, a post-construction clean. If you would rather have it handled on a schedule, we will set one up.
Do you look after second homes while the owner is away?
Yes. Home care plans are scheduled visits, monthly or annual, and you get a written photo report after each one.
Do you work with property managers and HOAs?
Yes. Recurring cleaning for common areas, scheduled gutter clearing, and annual washes, billed on a contract. COI and W-9 on request.
Do you service hot tubs?
Yes. Draining, deep cleaning, chemical balancing, and cover care, on a recurring plan — residential and commercial, including hotels and spas.
