About Wasatch Service Partners

Ian grew up in Maine and worked in his family’s custom home building company for many years. He moved to Park City in 2014, started out in luxury hospitality, and later moved into hospitality software. Over that time he has worked with hotels and resorts around the world, as an employee, a consultant and a software provider, for brands including Stein Collection, Rosewood, Aman, Jumeirah, Nobu and Six Senses.

Park City and the towns around it have grown quickly, and the homes and buildings here need more regular care. Ian started Wasatch Service Partners to take on that work, a return to the home services he grew up around. He leads a local crew of experienced contractors who bring the service standards of luxury hospitality to homeowners, property managers and commercial buildings across Summit and Wasatch counties, and who take pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The company is a licensed general contractor (Utah B100, license 14225435-B100) and insured, and its crew includes certified pool operators for hot tub care.
