FAQ

Questions we get.

How often should gutters be cleared in Park City?

Twice a year covers most homes — once in fall before snow, once in spring. One-off visits too.

Do you clear the roof, not just the gutters?

Yes — pine needles, leaf debris, and buildup in valleys and around penetrations and flashing.

Do you check for ice dam risk?

Yes. We flag ice-dam-prone areas and check heat tape condition while we're up there.

Do you work on commercial and multi-unit buildings?

Yes — flat and low-slope roof drains, multi-unit gutter runs, scheduled spring and fall visits, COI and W-9 on request.

Do you check the gutters for damage while clearing them?

Yes — loose hangers, seams, and damaged gutters or flashing get flagged as we go.

Do you take photos of the work?

Yes. Before and after photos, plus anything we spot while we're up there.

Do you remove moss and buildup from the roof?

Yes — moss and organic buildup, along with pine needles and leaf debris.

Is this a one-time service or can it be scheduled?

Either. A single visit, or twice a year on a set schedule.
